Ryan Sugden is set to make his competitive debut in an FC Halifax Town shirt at Ossett Albion on Tuesday evening in the Unibond Presidents Cup.The popular Striker rejoined the Shaymen during the close season but a thigh injury sustained in the pre match warm up at Guiseley have kept him sidelined until now.And he is likely to be one of a number of changes to the starting line up as Jim Vince takes the opportunity to see his recent quartet of signings in action and well as give game time to players who haven't featured in recent weeks.

The staring line up will include Phil Senior, Adam Morning, Luke Hinsley and Danny Davidson with latest newcomers Miles Smith, Scott Phelan, Danny Ellis and Antony Hilton also featuring.

This will be the Clubs second visit to the Dimple Well ground in a few weeks after a 2 v 0 pre season victory in August when Steve Payne and Ashley Stott secured an impressive win.Since then Eric Gilchrist's team taken the League by storm with 5 wins from their 9 games and they did occupy the top spot before a 2 v 0 defeat at Skelmersdale United on Saturday.Their threat is an obvious one in the strike duo of Shane Kelsey and Gareth Hamlet who have found the net on a consistent basis.

But they will face an FC Halifax Town side that is full of confidence after 3 successive wins and whilst this particular competition may not carry the glamour of others the Shaymen are looking to extend that winning sequence on Tuesday.

Admission to the match is £6 and £4.

Jim Vince is the open to question guest of the Supporters Club on Thursday night in the South Stand Bar - click here for more details.
