FC Halifax Town entertain Chorley at the Shay on Saturday looking to extend their unbeaten run to 10 games.

Wingback Cavell Coo told the official site tonight, "It's going well at the moment, we are top of the league and we won in the cup on Tuesday night. I am not sure it could be going any better for us."

Coo is well aware that being top of the league in November is no certainty that the championship is in the bag.

He said, "I was at Witton Albion last season and we were top of the league for the majority of the season and then it fell apart towards the end.

We know there is a long way to go, you have to learn from your mistakes, which increases your experience. We intend to use that during the season.

I was out injured for the last 5 or 6 games last year, that's maybe the reason why we didn't win the league!

Hopefully I can keep injury free this time around."

I think I have started well, the last two or three games I have been disappointed with the second half performances.

Coo has fast become a fans' favourite in his time at the Shay and he is hoping that he can keep the performances up for the supporters.

He stated, "I think it's a lot to do with my name but hopefully I will keep performing which is what the fans want to see.

Chorley will be the visitors to the Shay on Saturday and for Coo it's just another game in the bid to do well this season.

He concluded, "We are not going to take anything for granted and we are preparing for the Chorley game like we always do. We are at home and we are always looking to pick up the three points on offer."

Your support at the Shay will be appreciated - however if you are unable to attend then the official site will be providing "Live Updates" from 2.45pm.
