Barras - It's So Frustrating
FC Halifax Town captain Tony Barras had to substituted in the first half tonight with a possible dislocated shoulder
He said after the game, "I tackled the centreforward over the far side, my arm was up and he has fallen down on me and it's opened up the joint.
Alan will have a proper look when the swelling has gone down on Thursday, however it's really sore at the moment. It's the same kind of pain as when I broke my ankle.
It was good to get playing again, we were coping but it's a shame that I got injured. It was good to get the victory today, the lads were disappointed we missed a few chances.
We're not having much luck with injuries at the moment but the lads will keep plugging away to get fit and hopefully I may only be out for 10 days or so.
I have never had so many injuries in my career and it'll be frustrating watching the team again on the sidelines when I want to be out there playing."
Next Game : Harrogate Railway vs FC Halifax Town - FA Trophy - Saturday 4th October, 3pm kickoff.
