FC Halifax Town are delighted to confirm the signing of an 'old friend' to the Club. Craig Mawson put pen to paper on Tuesday night, bringing the number of signings to the Club to 12.We are delighted to re-sign Craig, particularly with his ability and experience. Going part-time, he is combining coaching duties with Burnley FC and perhaps he will be doing a bit of extra work on his parents farm.

Mawson joined The Shaymen in June 2006 for his second spell at the club. The former Hereford United and Morecambe goalkeper made 62 league appearances under previous boss Chris Wilder  along with nine appearances in the 2000/01 season.

The signings now confirmed on contract and non-contract terms are Craig Mawson, Ross Clegg, Adam Morning, Anthony Barras, Stephen Payne, Neil Ross, Matt Woolley, Anthony Lennon, Craig Ellison, Phil Senior, Kingsley 'Benjy' Jones and Dorryl Proffitt.
