Posted on: Mon 03 May 2010

Former Halifax Town manager Chris Wilder is 90 minutes away from seeing his side Oxford United return to the Football League after a 2-0 win over Rushden & Diamonds this afternoon.

Wilder, who was in charge of Town's playoff defeat in May 2006 when we lost to Hereford United at the Walkers Stadium, will be hoping for second time lucky in the final.

Their opponents will be York City who beat Luton Town 1-0 in the second leg to set up the mouth watering tie at Wembley.
