Former Halifax Town striker Marc Lloyd Williams has joined Welsh Premier side Porthmadog after leaving Rhyl.

He has previously played for Porthmadog in the 1990's before spells at Stockport County, Aberystwyth, TNS and York City.

Williams is the all time leading scorer for the Welsh Premier League.

Meanwhile former Town defender Jamie McCombe faces up to six weeks out due to a fractured cheekbone.
