Former Halifax Town winger Ryan Mallon has signed a new deal at Blue Square North side Gainsborough Trinity.

He told Sports Echo, "You can see in training that everybody wants to impress, because there is much more competition for places now" said striker Mallon.  "The club is run more professionally now. I signed my new contract because I'm happy here and I enjoy my football."
