Brass Enjoying Time At Bury
Former Burnley and Halifax Town midfielder Chris Brass started his spell as caretaker boss of Coca Cola League Two side Bury with a 2-2 draw against Bradford City.
Former York boss Brass, who still plays part time with Hyde United, said: "I'm just taking it day-by-day but I'm enjoying it.
"They (the club's board) have got to make the decisions that will be right for Bury Football Club. I would like to make sure, in whatever way, shape or form, that I continue to help Bury.
"We would have taken an ugly 2-2. It's the result that matters. But I have demanded performances and it will be no different against Southampton (in the FA Cup on Saturday) and the players have shown tremendous character to come from behind twice."
Brass made 6 appearances for the Shaymen in the 2000/01 season.
