Former Halifax Town defender Greg Strong has been placed in the transfer list at Blue Square Premier Division side Northwich Victoria.

The 32 year old, who made 8 appearances at the end of last season for the Shaymen, joins Chris Williams, Kevin Townson and Paul Tait on the transfer list.

Strong signed for Town in March 2007 from Dundee United on a free transfer.
