Former Barnsley and Halifax Town midfielder has joined UniBond League Division One North club Bridlington Town.

Redfearn, 42, was manager at Northwich Victoria at the start of the season and has since been playing for Frickley Athletic.

Bridlington are managed by former Town defender Paul Stoneman and Ash Berry. Also playing are former Town youngsters Peter Naylor and Tom Carter, along with trialist Joe Brown who was with the Shaymen this summer.
