Former Halifax Town loanee Ryan Cresswell has joined Coca Cola League Two side Rotherham United on a three month's loan deal.

Cresswell made 15 league appearances for the Shaymen last season whilst on loan from Sheffield United.

Meanwhile former Town midfielder Neil Redfearn has joined Frickley and made his debut for them against Ashton United yesterday.

The 42 year old resigned as manager of Northwich Victoria at the start of the week.
